A quit journey through the wild
Everything begins in the silence of the hills. Wild rosemary and lavender flourish under the Portuguese sun, attracting bees that follow an ancient rhythm. From these blossoms comes the nectar that shapes every jar of Mel de Pipeiros.
Once the flowering season comes to an end, the honey is carefully collected in small batches. Each harvest reflects the climate, blossoms and character of that particular year.
Sealed by the bees and preserved within the comb, the honey remains untouched until harvest. The careful removal of this delicate wax layer marks the moment when the season's work is finally revealed.
After months of flowering and weeks of patient work by the bees, the honey is gently released from the comb. What remains is a reflection of the landscape itself. Wild rosemary, lavender and the quiet rhythm of nature, captured in every drop.
