n the hills surrounding Monte dos Pipeiros, local beekeepers had been harvesting a remarkable honey for generations. Quietly, traditionally, and almost entirely unknown beyond the Serra do Caldeirão.
What we discovered was not something new, but something rare that had simply never been given much attention. A honey shaped by this landscape, by its wild lavender, its seasons and its isolation.
That discovery became the beginning of Mel de Pipeiros. Not to change what was already here, but to preserve it, give it a name and share it beyond the Serra.
