What began as a search for silence and nature in southern Portugal slowly became a rare seasonal harvest shared with a small circle of people.

Mel de Pipeiros is harvested in the mountains surrounding Monte dos Pipeiros, where wild rosemary and lavender thrive across the Serra do Caldeirão.
